How much does membership to NWSS cost?
Nothing. Membership to NWSS is free!

How do I apply for NWSS membership?
It’s really easy. Just visit here to register as a member and request a coach season ticket (CST), if you want one.

Can I make a change to my NWSS membership details?
Yes. Simply log back onto your member’s page at any time by visiting https://membermojo.co.uk/mm/signin  and you will be able to update or change any of your registration details. i.e. Make a change to your registered email address or mobile no.

How often do I have to renew my membership?
NWSS membership runs annually from 1st July.

I’m already a long standing NWSS member. Do I have to apply for membership again?
Yes. We have an online membership registration process that is renewable annually.

Do I need to renew my NWSS membership annually?
Yes, you will be sent a reminder by email every June and will need to re-register online by visiting our online membership registration system at https://membermojo.co.uk/nwss Don’t worry it’s really simple, if you have any issues registering your membership just contact steve@nwsseagulls.co.uk

PAYMENT:
How do I pay for my guest coach seat or cup match seat?
Once you have submitted your coach seat booking request through our website we will check availability and then contact you by email to confirm if a seat is available and has been allocated for you. We will also let you know how to pay for your seat(s).

How do I pay for my CST (coach season ticket)?
Once we have checked CST seat availability we will contact you to confirm if you have been allocated one and let you know how to pay for it.

Payment for your CST can be made over three months in three instalments if required.

Do you have any WhatsApp groups?
Yes, we have WhatsApp groups for each of our four coaches plus groups for our coach stewards and NWSS committee members. We like WhatsApp because it’s easy to use and immediate. Our prime use of WhatsApp is for Match Day information (e.g. delays, schedule changes). If you would like to be added to your coach WhatsApp group then please contact john@nwsseagulls.co.uk and he will connect you.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS:
I’ve booked a coach seat but now can’t go. How do I let you know I’m not travelling to a match?
If you are a CST holder or have reserved a coach seat but are then unable to travel it’s very important that you let us know in advance as soon as possible. Passenger lists are usually sent out by email 24 hours prior to kick off. It can potentially delay coaches and passengers if we are not informed that you no longer wish to travel so please do get in touch to let us know that you need to cancel your seat. Unfortunately we cannot refund passengers for cancelled bookings.

If you wish to cancel your seat prior to receiving the Passenger List, the quickest and easiest way is to use the ‘Matchday Travel Cancellation Form’ on our website here. If you have already received the Passenger List, please use the WhatsApp group for your coach to notify your Coach Steward.
